Rules & Regulation

It is expected from every trainee studying in the institute that they will cooperate in maintaining the healthy environment of the institute and discharge their student life with self-respect.

General rules and regulations :

1. 1. Uniform [white shirt, black pants and black shoes and socks] will be mandatory for the trainees, without which admission in the Uniform Institute is barred.
2. 2. Trainees will have to come to the institute at the appointed time, in case of delay due to any reason, order from the principal will be mandatory.
3. 3. Students who develop a tendency to ignore the class will be expelled.
4. 4. It will be mandatory to bring the institution-provided diary, identity card and book in the institute premises regularly. If the diary is lost or torn, a monetary penalty of Rs.100/- will be imposed.
5. 5. Trainees absent for 1 week, will be able to go to the class only after taking orders from the principal. Proper reason will have to be given along with the certificate of absence.
6. 6. The cycle/motorcycle line should be placed and locked in the institute campus stand.
7. 7. The property of the institute is to enrich the knowledge skills of the trainees, so please help in protecting them from their responsibility.
8. 8. Any damage to property caused willfully or accidentally will be compensated by the trainees either individually or collectively.
9. 9. Every trainee should be aware of his/her belongings.
10. 10. If any trainee is dissatisfied with any matter, then solve it by talking to the principal.
11. 11. The trainee should not do any such work, which harms the reputation of the institute.
12. 12. Strict discipline, honesty, obedience, politeness of behavior and words, respect for the authorized persons and employees of the institute etc. will be the standard standards for the trainees.
13. 13. It will be prohibited to bring unwanted books, magazines or any such thing which hinders the healthy operation of the institute.
14. 14. Every trainee will have to show his identity card at the entrance of the institute, otherwise the entry will be prohibited.
15. 15. Each trainee should enter the institute by keeping his mobile in Silent Mode.
